Bravo Land Drilling was formed in 2009 to bid, manage and operate PEMEX contracts in the Gulf of Mexico and other international and domestic drilling opportunities.

George McGuirt President
Heavily experienced in contract drilling for five decades in all environments and geographical areas, George McGuirt has managed some of the largest turnkey drilling and rig construction projects in the world. Working in both hemispheres with International crews of many varied nationalities on land, helicopter, barge, platform, jack-up, submersible, drill ship and semi-submersible drilling rigs, George has delivered consistently the goals set forth for these varied projects and prides himself on delivering maximum quality and performance in the areas of budget compliance, contract execution, construction and operations quality, client satisfaction, safe operations, efficient resolution of disputes and honesty in reporting.

Richard Brainard VP-Engineering
With four decades of field experience in the Red Sea, Africa, North Sea, shelf and deepwater horizons, Richard Brainard brings multi-discipline know-how and highly technical background to the Bravo Land Drilling team with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida College of Engineering. Richard specializes in engineering design, procedure preparation, permitting and technical support and has a long standing reputation for competing projects successfully. Recent experience includes multi-stage fracking and horizontal drilling domestically. Having completed projects worldwide on land and off-shore, Richard adds a highly skilled and technical engineering focus to the Bravo Land Drilling team.
